Multan police to wear new uniform soon

Hussain said that distribution of new uniforms among police officials of district Multan has started at police line

MULTAN:
Multan police will start wearing new uniforms soon as the department has received new clothing for all police officials on Monday, said City Police Spokesman Fayyaz Hussain.

He said that the department had received 9,272 new uniforms for male officials and286 for female police officials.

He disclosed that the Multan police had also received 9,270 shirts for male police officials and 286 for female officials while 9552 new caps have also been received by the department.


Hussain said that the distribution of new uniforms among police officials of district Multan has been started at police line and the distribution process would continue for the next five days.

He said that decision on wearing of new uniform has not been made so far, however, after distribution of new uniforms among all police officials of the district the high authorities would decide the date.

He added that after orders of the high authorities, the police would
start wearing new uniforms.
