Two die, one injured in Battagram van-truck collision

Two students of a private school died while a third was critically injured when speeding school van collided with a truck at Gut Mor in Battagram on Sunday.
The van carrying students from a private school was reportedly trying to overtake another van when it collided with a truck heading in the opposite direction. Two students, including 11-year-old Talha Mohib — a resident of Kas — and Bilal Hameed — a resident of Shingal — died on the spot.
SHO Waris Khan told the media that the driver of the Suzuki van was not only speeding at a dangerous turn, he also tried to overtake another van but collided with a truck which was coming from the opposite side.
