Court issues notices to respondents in Kazmi's bail request

Islamabad High Court issued notices to the respondents in the post-arrest bail petition by Former Federal Minister Hamid Saeed Kazmi on Thursday.
Justice Riaz Ahmed Khan heard the petition in which Kazmi had argued that his name was not on the list of the accused and he should be released on bail.
Kazmi pleaded to the court to set aside orders of the special judge central that had earlier rejected his bail application.
The court adjourned the hearing for an indefinite period and issued notices to all the respondents.
Meanwhile, the judicial remand of Kazmi stretches till the May5 in the Hajj Scam case.
