To pay homage to the legendary Indian actor, late Shashi Kapoor, the Cultural Heritage Council (CHC) has arranged a condolence reference titled ‘A Tribute to the Pride of Peshawar’ at his native home in Dhaki Nalbandi, Khwani Bazar on December 6, said CHC Secretary Shakil Waheedullah Khan. “Peshawar will never forget you Shashi 1938-2017,” is written on the invitation letter. The native of the area and Peshawaries have been invited to the event. Late Shashi Kapoor was a great actor of Indian Cinema and was brother of Raj Kapoor who belongs to Dhaki Nalbandi area of iner Peshawar city. Kapoor family had great, love and respect for Peshawar. The event has been organised to pay homage to the services of late Shashi Kapoor, Shakeel Waheedullah told when asked.
