A man allegedly killed his father and a brother over a petty issue in Faisalabad on Sunday.
According to the Express News, the suspect, Idrees, shot dead the two in Satyana tehsil after a heating argument and fled the scene. People in the neighbourhood immediately informed the police who arrested the suspected killer.

The deceased were identified as Mohammad Afzal and Mohammad Junaid. The police have shifted the bodies to the District Headquarters Hospital (DHQ) in Jaranwala.
Earlier, the victims’ family staged a protest demonstration for not conducting post-mortems and not registering a report by the police.
Later, the protesters were dispersed after assurances by police personnel that the case of the incident would be registered and a fair investigation would be conducted.
