Bomber strikes at Chaman border

In September this year, a teenager was killed and nearly two dozen people were injured when a suicide bomber detonated his explosive belt in Chaman.

The bomber struck in a parking area near the Friendship Gate where commuters and drivers of Nato container trucks were waiting for verification of their documents.

In July, Chaman DPO SSP Sajid Khan Mohmand was martyred in a suicide attack at the Eidgah Chowk area.

At least 10 people were also injured when a bike-riding suicide bomber targeted the convoy of the senior police officer.
