A moonlighting drug inspector, who was also the alleged ring-leader of a loan sharking gang, was arrested by Johar Town Police on Monday. Johar Town SHO Ateeq Ahmad Dogar told The Express Tribune that the arrested suspect was identified as Rao Munawar. He said that the inspector was running a gang in which women were also included. The SHO continued that if the victims could not pay, he would force them to sell their homes to pay the amount.
