Emergency declared at hospitals
The authority has ordered strict compliance with these directions
LAHORE:
Keeping in view the poor law and order situation, the Punjab primary and secondary health department declared an emergency situation in all public hospitals and offices on Saturday.
The Lahore District Health Authority official communiqué, available with The Express Tribune, highlighted that to deal with any untoward situation, the government has ordered medical superintendents of all public hospitals to keep their facilities and health facilities operational, even on Sunday and public holidays till further orders. The authority has ordered strict compliance with these directions.
