Missing Person Case: Recovery plea disposed of
The Lahore High Court disposed of a petition for recovery of a missing person.
LAHORE:
The Lahore High Court disposed of a petition for recovery of a missing person after a CIA officer informed the court that the man was in the CIA’s custody. Justice Manzoor Ahmad Malik directed the police to act against the accused in accordance with the law. CIA SP Umar Virk said that more than 15 cases were registered against Hafiz Ahsanullah, husband of the petitioner, Shumaila, in Shahdara and Factory Area police stations. He said Ahsanullah was being held at the Factory Area police station.
