After assuming power the government had declared Larkana a model district, but did not pay any attention to its development and welfare.
The city administration is not taking the steps necessary to maintain a proper hygiene system in the city.
This filthy water is now entering houses and spreading diseases like malaria.
The citizens said that they complained to Sindh Assembly Speaker Nisar Khuhro but no action was being taken.
