Expanding markets: PFC to take part in UK exhibition

The Pakistan Furniture Council will participate in a three-day mega international event

ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Furniture Council (PFC) will participate in a three-day mega international event “Pakistan’s Business Delegation in the United Kingdom” commencing from December 18, to introduce Pakistani handmade world-class furniture products to attract foreign investors and buyers. The PFC has decided to participate in all international furniture exhibitions across the world to explore foreign markets for exports, said PFC Chief Executive Mian Kashif Ashfaq in a statement issued Tuesday.



He said that during the visit they will study the new trends and requirements of the interested clients, adding that there was a great demand for Pakistani furniture products abroad. The PFC chief revealed that they are focusing on marketing activities in key markets including United States, Japan, European Union and the Gulf.
