The two-day event is being held by the Department of Youth Affairs and the Arts Council of Pakistan. Sindh Minister for Youth Affairs, Syed Faisal Ali Subzwari, chaired a meeting to review the arrangements. Sindh Youth Secretary Shoaib Ahmed Siddiqui said that the participants would be selected in an audition.
