Frontier Corps kills two terrorists of a proscribed organisation: ISPR

QUETTA: At least two terrorists were killed and a Frontier Corps personnel martyred as the paramilitary force conducted an intelligence-based operation near Makran division of Balochistan on Tuesday.

“FC conducted an IBO in village Panodi, 25kms South East from Balnigur in Makran division. Two terrorists of proscribed organisation killed,” the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said in a statement.

During the exchange of fire, the military’s media wing added, sepoy Nasir Mehmood embraced martyrdom while two other soldiers sustained injuries.

The ISPR claimed that the terrorists were involved in different activities such as destroying of a bridge on M 8 motorway, planting of IEDs and attacks on security forces.
