Hrithik Roshan to star in web series for Netflix's arch rival Amazon Prime
'He’s open to trying all avenues and isn’t averse to the digital platform'
Saif Ali Khan recently surprised us with the news of starring in a Netflix series, Sacred Games. The show portrays Saif as a cop in the lead role and is based on Vikram Chandra's book with the same name. It also stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Radhika Apte and will have Saif play a cop.

Now, rumours are rife regarding Hrithik Roshan being offered a role in a web series. Amazon Prime allegedly approached the Kaho Naa… Pyaar Hai star for the lead role in a yet-undisclosed web series, reported DNA.
"Amazon Prime has offered Hrithik a web series after which the actor met the whole team and discussed the idea. He’s open to trying all avenues and isn’t averse to the digital platform.” sources told DNA.
They added, “So when they approached him for a meeting, he readily agreed. Although this is just the initial stage, the team is working to put together a proper script.”

When asked how this would affect Hrithik’s future film projects the sources stated, “Hrithik will be seen in Super 30 and then there’s the Siddharth Anand film with Tiger Shroff next year around April time.
They continued, “He will have dates around September-October next year and plans to work on the web series around that time. The makers are planning to divide it into a series of six to eight episodes but the total length will be more than a feature film’s run-time.”
