Formula one: Kubica released from hospital
Kubica has been discharged from the Santa Corona Hospital where he was being treated.
ROME:
Renault driver Robert Kubica has been discharged from the Santa Corona Hospital where he was being treated after suffering from multiple fractures following a life-threatening rallying accident 10 weeks ago.
“His condition is good and the driver will be able to begin a new rehabilitation phase outside the hospital,” said a hospital spokesperson. However, Kubica’s doctor Riccardo Ceccarelli has said it is too early to make any predictions about when the driver will be fit enough to race and that the final functionality of his hand was still unknown.
