Pakistan has summoned the Indian diplomat to lodge protest over the death of an elderly woman in Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) as a result of ceasefire violations by Indian troops along the Line of Control (LoC).

The Foreign Office's Director General for South Asia and Saarc, Dr Mohammad Faisal, summoned on Wednesday Indian Deputy High Commissioner JP Singh to condemn the unprovoked ceasefire violations in Chirikot Sector, a statement issued by the FO said.
