TEVTA aims to produce skilled youth
TEVTA will send 100 students to China till June 2018 for a three-year diploma programme

Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) Chairman Irfan Qaiser Sheikh has said that Punjab TEVTA was taking full benefit of Japan’s expertise in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector to produce a skilled generation which will change the fate of the nation.
Vocational training institute planned at Gwadar
Sheikh said that he wanted to send teachers and students to Japan for training and further studies as TEVTA had already sent students to China to acquire technical education.
He said that TEVTA will send 100 students to China till June 2018 for a three-year diploma programme. Sheikh said that seven officials and education experts of TEVTA will get training from Japan’s institutions regarding Advanced TVET System, Advanced Technical Education System and Advanced Manufacturing System.
