Last day of house count today
Monday is the last day to complete house listing.
KARACHI:
Monday is the last day to complete house listing, which is the first phase of this year’s census. The process began on April 9 and was supposed to be complete on April 19, but due to security reasons and to ensure transparency, the house count deadline was extended by six days to April 25. Sindh Deputy Census Commissioner Mazhar Jamal said that 98 per cent of the work has been completed in Karachi, while house count in other districts of the province is 99 per cent done.
