BISE Lahore announces SSC annual exams 2018 will begin from March 1

About 53.91% candidates passed the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) Supplementary Examination 2017 from the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore.
The BISE Lahore announced the supplementary examination results on Saturday, in which a total of 28,044 candidates appeared. Out of the total, 15,119 candidates were declared successful by the BISE Lahore with a total pass percentage of 53.91%.
Matric examinations : Section 144 imposed at exam centres
BISE Lahore Chairman Chaudhry Muhammad Ismail, in a statement, said that the board observed transparency and on-schedule announcement of results as per the vision of the Punjab chief minister. The statement stated that the chairman instructed officials of the BISE Lahore to ensure timely resolution of any issues faced by students. He instructed officials, including BISE Lahore Secretary Rehana Ilyas, Controller Examination Prof Nasir Jamil among other officials of board.
The BISE Lahore also announced the schedule of the SSC Annual Examination 2018. According to the announced schedule, the examinations will begin from March 1 and candidates would be able to submit fee with single fee from November 13 till December 15.
