LAHORE: Punjab University College of Information Technology (PUCIT) Assistant Professor Muhammad Kamran Malik has been awarded the US patent titled “System and process for natural language processing and reporting.”

Malik said that organisations were in need for quick, usable intelligence in order to drive their business needs such as market research and customer perception.

Currently, a data analyst analyses data such as consumer reviews, product reviews and marketing data to generate reports manually, he added.
