Shahbaz Jameel made acting MD of BOK
He will remain in the slot until a permanent MD of the bank is appointed

Bank of Khyber announced on Wednesday that Muhammad Shahbaz Jameel, the executive vice president and group head for Business, has been appointed as the acting managing director of the bank by the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa government.
He will remain in the slot until a permanent MD of the bank is appointed. Jameel is a seasoned Banker with 25 years of diverse experience at leading financial institutions including serving as an executive vice president at Pak Oman Investment Company and then at United Bank Limited.
He had completed his MSc in international business and management from the University of Manchester as a Chevening Scholar. He has also completed his MBA in finance from the University of Toledo in Ohio, USA. Apart from working for multinationals and national banks, Jameel has worked for the Privatisation Commission on banking sector reforms.
