Federal govt will treat all parts of the country equally: PM
PM Abbasi added that he has been greatly satisfied due to the democratic process moving forward in Gilgit Baltistan
Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, on Wednesday, vowed to continue extending assistance for equal development to all parts of the country.
“Gilgit Baltistan can greatly benefit from China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) project,” he stated while addressing a meeting of the Gilgit Baltistan Council in Skardu, reported Radio Pakistan.
“This is the first government which practically started work on Diamer Basha Dam and development of the country is our priority.”

PM Abbasi further added that he has been greatly satisfied due to the democratic process moving forward in Gilgit Baltistan.
However, the meeting is still underway to approve Gilgit Baltistan’s budget for the year 2017-18.
