Kate Middleton accompanied the royal brothers in marking the 20th Anniversary of Princess Diana’s death. Following which, her pregnancy was announced along with the news of her suffering from Hyperemesis Gravidarum – an extreme form of morning sickness which led her to suspend her public duties.

After dealing with severe sickness for over a month, The Duchess made her first public appearance to co-host a reception for mental health workers in honor of World Mental Health day with Prince William and Prince Harry.

She also accompanied William to meet the famous Paddington Bear at the character’s namesake train station in London.

She seemed to be in good spirits at the event and even did a little dance with the famous character on the station’s platform.
