In the ad, Flynt included a phone number along with an email address for those who have any information that might prove an impeachable offence.
The ad also includes a disclaimer that in order to get the reward, any materials have to obtained legally and must be given over for publication in Hustler.
This isn’t the first time Flynt has done something lik this. Previously, he has offered rewards for dirt on politicians twice.

In 2007, he offered $1 million, also through a full-page ad in The Post, seeking evidence from anyone who had had an illicit sexual encounter with a member of Congress or other government official.
He had done the same in 1998, and the information that emerged reportedly influenced the resignation of Republican Congressman Bob Livingston, who was in line to be speaker of the House, The Washington Post further reported.
This plan of Lynt's may actually lead to the result many long for, if enough genuine evidence is brought forward. Flynt confirmed that he expects to get some information in the next few days and will release anything “legitimate” right away.
