Horoscope: October 9, 2017
Aries | March 20 – April 18
While, obviously, you’d rather outline certain issues and deal with them swiftly, this just isn’t that kind of week. With each day bringing yet another twist or turn, you’re better off taking things at a far slower pace than you’d like, but in doing so, ensuring things are done right the first time around.
Taurus | April 19 – May 19
Recent inspiring conversations left you with the feeling others both understood your vision and are eager to take things further. Yet sudden obstacles, in the form of their questions or practicalities, are slowing the pace. Annoying as this is, these matters need to be dealt with, and the sooner, the better.
Gemini | May 20 – June 20
It’s not that you’ve been secretive. As a Gemini, you find remembering to keep certain facts to yourself tedious, so would rather be upfront about things. Still, recently, you unwittingly neglected to mention crucial facts. And now others are upset. Discuss these frankly and, ideally, before too much time passes.
Cancer | June 21 – July 21
Usually by now the heightened feelings triggered by last Thursday’s Full Moon would have either been forgotten or, where necessary, discussed and dealt with. Yet you’ve been unable to put one particular matter to rest. That’s because this involves forgiving somebody. Discussion will achieve nothing. This is up to you, and you alone.
Leo | July 22 – August 21
Being sociable is easy. The burdensome conversations you’re facing are another matter. Yet judging by the current planetary setup, you’ve little option but to stand up to one particularly difficult individual. Be bold. They’re aware they’re in the wrong, so are likely to give in, and far more swiftly than you’d anticipated.
Virgo | August 22 – September 21
Every once in a while, you get so involved in what you’re doing that you forget to update others on changes in existing arrangements and, even more, on future plans. Not only is that the case now, you’ve some serious catching up to do. And the sooner you begin, the better.
Libra | September 22 – October 22
You’ve faced an odd variety of clashes recently. Each has helped you define the issue in question but you weren’t always able to deal with those matters, at least at the time. However, with both your ruler Venus and forthright Mars moving into Libra over the coming weeks, those issues are likely to resolve themselves.
Scorpio | October 23 – November 21
Sometimes complications are no more than that. But those you’re currently facing are an opportunity to review arrangements you’ve been living with so long that you don’t even think of changing them. Not only is that a good idea, you’ll soon realise the range and promise of your options.
Sagittarius | November 22 – December 20
By no means do you object to change. In fact, the unsettling events triggered by the recent clash between your ruler Jupiter and unruly Uranus that annoyed others gave you a bit of a thrill. Muster that enthusiasm when facing those whose priority seems to be to minimise any such changes.
Capricorn | December 21 – January 18
Judging by Wednesday’s tricky aspect between the volatile Mars and your ruler Saturn, this won’t be an easy week. Frustrating and, at the time, unfair as the obstacle you face seem, each one will offer information, if not a completely unexpected insight, about issues that have, only recently, deflated you.
Aquarius | January 19 – February 17
As an Aquarius, you’re gifted at understanding others, especially, what and who they put first and, just as much, the activities and tasks they tend to ignore. That seems to be the issue now, and in a range of situations. Gently but firmly remind them of their obligations, at least to you.
Pisces | February 18 – March 19
Initially you were hoping certain individuals would realise the extent of the problems they were causing others. But the fact is, not everybody is as aware of the impact of their actions, or in this case, lack of effort, has on people. Explain that you’re concerned. It will be exactly what they need to hear.
