Visas issued for an open heart surgery and a liver transplant

India's External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj announced that India will grant medical visas; one of which is to an ailing Pakistani man who requires a liver transplant, and a three-year-old girl who needs an open heart surgery.
Sushma Swaraj thanks Pakistan for Uzma’s return
Uzair Humayun from Lahore requested Sushma for his daughter's deteriorating health, and the Minister replied saying, "We are issuing visa for the open heart surgery of your 3 year old daughter in India."
The second request was from Noorma Habib who asked for a medical visa for her father who needs urgent attention for the liver transplant.

The external affairs minister has been quite cooperative in considering medical visa applications from multiple Pakistanis.
