PU collaborates to support needy students

Punjab University (PU) and Highnoon Laboratories have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for the provision of financial assistance to the needy students of the PU College of Pharmacy.

In this regard, an MoU signing ceremony was held at the committee room of the vice chancellor’s office on Thursday. PU VC Dr Zafar Moeen Nasir, Pharmacy Faculty Dean Dr Khalid Hussain, College of Pharmacy Principal Dr Nadeem Irfan Bukhari, Highnoon Laboratories Chief Financial Officer Javed Hussain and others were present on the occasion.


Punjab University restricts media coverage after clash

According to the agreement, Highnoon Laboratories would offer scholarships to needy students of the College of Pharmacy and Jawaid Tariq Khan Gold Medal would be awarded to the student securing first position in industrial and pharmaceutical technology subjects.
