Pakistan has clearly conveyed to the US that drone attacks could not be effective in the country’s tribal areas, Foreign Office spokesperson Tehmina Janjua said on Monday. Talking to PTV she said that the government had urged the US to share drone technology and intelligence with Pakistan to effectively curb terrorism. She said that Pakistan
had made it clear that strikes like the one on Ditta Khel were not acceptable to the government. Foreign Office is trying to maintain good relations with other countries, including the US, she told a questioner.
