Bodies were shifted to local hospitals for legal formalities

FAISALABAD: Two girls committed suicide in separate incidents in Faisalabad. A police official said 30-year-old Rizwana, a resident of Chak No 47-GB, and 25-year-old Nabeela consumed poisonous pills after an argument with their families over domestic disputes.

The bodies were shifted to local hospitals for legal formalities. Meanwhile, a girl was crushed to death while her father and  a relative suffered injuries in a road accident in Thikriwala police limits. The police said that 10-year-old Khadija Bibi along with her father Qasim and a relative Saqib was crossing Jhang Road when a speeding car hit them. As a result, Khadija was killed on the spot while Qasim and Saqib were injured.
