SIU Islamabad arrests two muggers

A motorbike and weapons also recovered from their possession

ISLAMABAD: Special Investigation Unit (SIU) of Islamabad police has arrested two persons involved in street crimes in area of Tarnol and recovered six mobile phones, a motorbike and weapons from them, a police spokesman said. A special team headed by DSP Muhammad Ashraf Shah nabbed two suspects identified as Rashid and Ali who confessed their involvement in several street crimes. SSP Islamabad Sajid Kiani has appreciated this performance and directed all police officials for effective policing measures in their respective areas.
