Two held for killing taxi driver

RAWALPINDI:

The police have apprehended two persons on charge of murdering a taxi driver and recovered the murder weapon.

Mushtaq lodged a report with the Rawat police that Javed Iqbal and Naeem Shahzad had hired the taxi (LXW-1687) of his father Muhammed Arif for Kharian. They allegedly killed his father on Thursday evening. The two suspects shot him in the chest who died of injuries, police said. further investigation is going on.
