‘Book fairs promote soft image’
Such activities will promote soft-image of country, help young doctors reattach themselves with books, say academics

Senior medical professionals, professors and leading surgeons of Lahore on Saturday praised the Jahan-e-Masiha Adabi Forum (JMAF) for holding first of its kind book fair for doctors and medical students in the city.
The academicians said such activities would promote a soft-image of the country and help young doctors reattach themselves with books to make them better human beings.
Intellectuals and medical professions expressed these views while speaking at the first-ever, two-day medical book fair, titled “Read to Lead”.
The book fair was organised by Jahan-e-Masiha Adabi Forum at a local hotel. The organisers of the book fair said around two million books have been showcased at the book fair.
