4 bizarre eyebrow trends that need to end right now
While makeup enthusiasts open-heartedly welcomed trends such as nude lips and smokey eyes, the makeup gurus, on the other hand, at times, tend to take it a tad too far.
Case in point: The latest eyebrow trend.
2017 called for the thick, luscious eyebrow game - that in fact, became my personal favourite and a definite step up from the arch that lingered around for far too long.
So, let us all take a moment to appreciate the absolute gorgeousness these perfect brows are!
However, since we do happen to have ridiculous habits of ruining all that is good in this world (think deforestation!), arrived the latest trend of eyebrows that honestly, make it a herculean task to survive on this planet anymore.
Here are four bizarre eyebrow trends that need to stop right about now:
1. Feathered Eyebrows:
Parted like a feather, feathered eyebrows were the first trend to be introduced. Ahem, needless to say, it wasn't much needed.
And I was like...
2. Wavy Eyebrows:
So, moving on to the next latest trend. Wavy eyebrows were first introduced on Instagram and was soon followed up by makeup guru Huda Kattan herself.
And Twitter had a thing or two to say:
3. Braided Eyebrows:
Soon after the wavy eyebrows, which did seem acceptable to few, came the braided ones. Yes, I'm not kidding, you guys. Braided eyebrows are sadly here to stay... considering the positive reactions...
4. McDonald's Eyebrows:
Just when we thought it couldn't get any more ridiculous, came the McDonald's eyebrows. And we are left absolutely baffled!
I mean, what is even going on!
