Stop playing the woman card: Farah Khan takes a dig at Kangana Ranaut

If a man had done all this, people would have sent the man to jail, says Khan

Kangana Ranaut made headlines when she spoke candidly about her past flings in explosive interviews last week.

The Queen star isn’t over the feud and revisited the public spat last weekend when she gave three eruptive interviews talking about, among others, Hrithik Roshan, Aditya Pancholi and Adhyayan Suman. Kangana claims she has been in a relationship with all three, reports Hindustan Times.



Now, Bollywood choreographer turned film-maker, Farah Khan has asked her to stop "playing the woman card."

According to Hindustan Times, “I won’t name anybody and I don’t want to be involved in this but every time you (Kangana) are playing the woman card. I believe feminism is about equality. I always look at these things with a different perspective - swap the woman and the man for their places and then try to understand the issue.”

“Imagine, if in this case, the man (Hrithik) spoke like the woman (Kangana), if he was the one who sent the photos, if the man had done all this, people would have made the man’s life difficult. People would have ripped him apart and sent him to jail,” she added.



In her series of interviews last weekend, Kangana once again talked about her alleged relationship with Hrithik, the abuse she allegedly faced at the hands of Aditya, the Roshans and her former boyfriend Adhyayan.

Kangana also claimed she feared for her life because the Roshans wield power in the industry. Pancholi allegedly kept her under house arrest. When asked about her statements, Hrithik simply walked away from the reporters. Aditya, on the other hand, plans to take legal action against her and has said that he is “worried” about her.
