Muslim Student Federation members on Wednesday staged a protested against the arrest of a fellow student after a firing incident at the Education University.
The protest at Ghanta Ghar Chowk was led by MSF leaders Kamran and Nadeem.
They blocked the road and demanded that the police immediately release Ubaidur Rahman.
They alleged that instead of acting against the men who brought arms inside the university and fired bullets to scare the students, the police had arrested Rahman.
