Alpa police have registered a case against a constable accused of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl.
The victim’s mother, a resident of Nawabpur Road Basti Saeedan, told the police that she worked as a domestic helper at nearby houses and that she was away when Arshad allegedly raped her daughter.
Arshad who was deployed at Bahauddin Zakariya University chowki was a distant relative of the girl.
