FCCI calls on private sector to contribute
FCCI will provide maximum facilities to encourage private sector

The private sector should supplement the efforts of public sector institutions to provide technical and vocational training in order to ramp up the pace of industrial and economic growth in Pakistan, said Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry Vice President Ahmed Hassan. Addressing a meeting with GIZ Private Sector Engagement Programme team leader Muhammad Ali Khan, he said that the youth was a precious asset and there was a need to equip them with necessary skills to fully exploit their productive and creative capabilities. He said that TEVTA, PVTC and Punjab Skills Development Fund are already working in the public sector. He assured that the FCCI will provide maximum facilities to encourage private sector to launch their own training centres to improve youth training.
