CS delighted with new initiatives  

Chief secretary also looked over the digitalisation of Human Resource Record

LAHORE: Punjab Chief Secretary Captain (retd) Zahid Saeed on Thursday visited Primary and Secondary Health Department (P&SHD) in Birdwood Road and inaugurated a command and control System as well as a public facilitation centre.

On the invitation of Health Minister Khawaja Imran Nazir, the chief secretary spent more than two hours and took a detailed look round various wings of the department including the Health Information Service Delivery Unit (HISDU), Central Record Room (CRR), Command and Control System, Public Facilitation Centre, Model Drug Testing Laboratory (MDTL), Central Record Room and the newly built public toilets facility.  He also looked over the digitalisation of Human Resource Record (HRR).

'Govt committed to providing high-quality healthcare'

Primary and Secondary Health Department Secretary Ali Jan Khan gave a briefing to the chief secretary about all the new initiatives taken by the department. Speaking on the occasion, Saeed said the department was improving fast under the leadership of Health Minister Nazir and many new initiatives had been taken to provide relief to the masses.
