He sees the star as an elder brother and truly enjoyed working with him. The feelings seem mutual for Hrithik who constantly encouraged and praised the photographer. “I really enjoyed myself and the results also prove the same,” shares Hrithik.

Hrithik shared his experience in an interview with Hindustan Times, “I had only heard of such amazing stories — especially about blind photographers, but I never experienced being shot by one.” He expressed that he was curious but excited to shoot with Charles. “It really turned out to be a celebration of the human spirit,” he added.
He voiced his admiration towards the man behind the lense and stated that “it was absolutely amazing to see that a person, who has obvious limitations, doesn’t choose to see it as a handicap.”

Hrithik then went on to admit his passion for photography and confirmed that he would have become a photographer if acting hadn’t worked out for him. “I capture everything. I shoot a lot of interesting frames, moments and angles. That really excites me.”
He further shared the love and respect he has for Charles, “I applaud and identify such spirits. He is a man who has lived a very diverse life and has already experienced many things. I hope he continues to inspire others, including me, to turn weaknesses into strengths.”
The star then spoke a little on his experience as a blind person in Kaabil and how it may or may not have helped him understand Charles’ situation better. “It’s something that I have an affinity with. It’s so instinctive that I wouldn’t credit it to any of my roles or films. Nevertheless, I am very proud that through Kaabil I at least had a chance to give more exposure and awareness to the spirit, values and qualities of such incredible heroes, who are all around us.”

Charles also shared his experience and confirmed that it was ‘a dream come true,’ “He is such a big star but still so down to earth. I will always follow his principles. I think he had taken out half an hour for the shoot but ended up shooting for an hour and a half, which was amazing.”
Like many, the talented photographer is also fond of the actor. “I am an ardent Hrithik Roshan admirer. The entire shoot was unbelievable. Hrithik sir gave me the same kind of love and respect that he would have given to any other able-bodied person. I’ve always loved his dancing and acting skills.”
