LAHORE: Zameen.com, an online property portal, has planned to organise Pakistan Property Show 2017 on October 20-21 in Dubai in an effort to attract investment from overseas Pakistanis in the lucrative real estate market.

“The Pakistan Property Show 2017 will firmly place Pakistan’s real estate on the global investment map. Overseas Pakistanis will be able to confidently make long-withheld property investment decisions,” commented Zameen.com CEO Zeeshan Ali Khan in a statement.

Dubai to have tower dangling in the air from space?

“The show in Dubai will help bolster the national exchequer by attracting medium to long-term FDI (foreign direct investment),” he said. A large number of overseas Pakistanis from the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain are expected to attend the show. The show is the 11th in a series of property expos across Pakistan since 2014.

The exhibition had been designed to fulfil the property ownership and investment needs of overseas Pakistanis, the statement said, adding real estate developers and brokers would offer a wide selection of residential and commercial properties across Pakistan.

“Visitors will be able to purchase properties on the spot … thousands of visitors are expected to attend over two days,” it said. Real estate developers and brokers catering to a quality-conscious, service-seeking and premium customer market have registered for the property show.
