Abduction: Court orders recovery of missing girl
The applicant claimed that her daughter had been detained at an unknown location and would be murdered by the men.
KHAIRPUR:
The Gambat SHO has been directed to recover a missing girl, Sassui Gopang, daughter of Shamsad Amanullah Gopang, by the Khairpur District and Sessions Court incharge judge, Khalid Mehmood Bhatti.
The SHO must find the girl, who is in the custody of Bashir Lakho, Sher Muhammad Lakho and Gul Hassan Lakho, within two days and hand the men over to the court.
The court’s decision was announced after the girl’s mother filed an application under Section 491. The applicant claimed that her daughter had been detained at an unknown location and would be murdered by the men.
