Govt prioritises improving healthcare
All public hospitals fitted with modern equipment across the province

Punjab Minister for Human Rights and Minorities Affairs Khalil Tahir Sindhu has said the provincial government has released the largest budget for health sector.
According to a statement issued on Wednesday, the minister said it was among the top priorities of the government of Punjab to provide basic health facilities at the doorstep of common man. The provincial minister also lauded development projects in the southern Punjab and said the government has spent billions of rupees for hospitals in southern Punjab. He said according to vision of the chief minister, all public hospitals have been fitted with modern equipment across the province to provide basic health care facilities.
'Govt committed to providing high-quality healthcare'
Sindhu said decision to observe Health Week in district and tehsil headquarters hospitals throughout the province is admirable. The government of Punjab is performing best to fulfill the needs of a common person.
