All Pakistan Petroleum Retailers Association has also announced its support for the strike.
LAHORE:
The All Pakistan CNG Association has announced that CNG station across Punjab will remain shut for an indefinite period in a protest against the inconsistent supply of gas.
Association Chairman Ghayas Abdullah Paracha said compressed natural gas (CNG) stations were not being provided with gas. He informed that instead of increasing supply, the government was planning to decrease it further.
He demanded improved gas supply to stations, an end to unfair practices, and higher margins for dealers, adding that CNG stations would remain closed till the association’s demands are met.
Meanwhile, All Pakistan Petroleum Retailers Association has also announced its support for the strike, and said that petrol pumps in Lahore will remain closed on April 13.
