Two TEVTA employees get jail term 

Anti-corruption police arrested the accused and presented challans in the court for trial

Anti-Corruption Court Judge Muhammad Azam Saroya dismissed two employees of Technical Educational Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) on corruption charges in Sargodha on Friday.

ACE officials said TEVTA District Manager Fida Hussain stated that Student Affairs Officer Muhammad Asif Khan and Muhammad Instructor Nasrullah embezzled Rs1,190,000 for sending the students abroad. However, they failed to deposit the amount in the bank account.

After completion of inquiry, the anti-corruption police arrested the accused and presented challans in the court for trial. When the charges were proved, the court dismissed both the employees from service and sent them to jail.
