Weather: Temperature cools after light rain

There were heavier showers in other parts of Punjab.

LAHORE:
Temperatures dropped in the provincial metropolis on Monday after overcast skies at night brought light rain during the day.

The maximum temperature in the city was recorded at 27.5 degrees Celsius and the minimum at 18.7 degrees Celsius with 79 per cent humidity in the evening and 65 per cent in the morning.

There were heavier showers in other parts of Punjab.


The water level in Tarbela dam was recorded 1,378 feet, with inflows at 22,300 cusecs and outflows at 22,300 cusecs.

The water level in Mangla was recorded at 1,084.35 feet, with inflows at 25,376 cusecs and outflows at 45,000 cusecs.
