Health: Two polio cases detected

Despite several immunisation campaigns conducted by the government, two new cases of polio have been detected in Tharparkar.
One case was reported from Chaudhry Mujeebur Rehman village, near Naukot town.
A four-year-old boy, Ramesh Kumar, son of Teekam Bheel, cannot walk any more while six-year-old Jama, daughter of Jhaman Bheel, is also suffering from the virus.
Parents of both children maintained they have not been contacted by the health department yet.
