
According to results announced on Tuesday, as many as 150,955 candidates appeared in the examination and of them, 117,649 candidates were declared successful. The pass percentage was 77.94%.
3,000 private students suffer after exam postponed without prior notice
In Science Group, a total of 102,405 boys and girls sat in the exam and of them, 85,667 candidates passed with a pass percentage of 83.66%. Later, the position holders were awarded medals, cash prizes and certificates.
Meanwhile, the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Bahawalpur also declared the result of matriculation exam 2017. At least, 74,521 students appeared in the exam and of them 57,310 passed all the papers. The pass percentage was 76.90%.
SSC exams 2017: Students of govt schools shine bright
In Dera Ghazi Khan, at least 66, 966 candidates appeared in the SSC examination and of them, 54,044 passed the papers. The pass percentage remained 80.70%. In Multan, at least 100,796 candidates appeared in the exams, while 82,338 were declared successful. The pass percentage was 81.68%.
