LHC reserves verdict in Watoo case
The Lahore High Court (LHC) reserved its verdict in a case against Federal Minister Manzoor Ahmed Watoo for alleged mala fide in 2008 election results.
PML Q's Rao Ajmal filed a petition against Manzoor Watto in the Lahore High Court.
The petitioner maintained that he was contesting general elections in 2008 from NA 174 against Manzoor Watto.
The petitioner alleged that the results of the general elections was in his favour but Manzoor Watto managed to manipulate the outcomes at the eleventh hour to usurp the seat.
Watoo contested elections from two seats and won from both of them.
The court reserved its judgment in the case till May 28.
