Inquiry: CJ orders probe against judge
Judge appointed to look into charges of misconduct against other judges.
KARACHI:
The chief justice has appointed Inspecting Judge Justice Faisal Arab as the inquiry officer to look into the charges of misconduct against Umerkot Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate Maula Bakhsh Solangi. According to a notice issued on Saturday, the inquiry will be conducted according to the provisions of the Sindh Civil Servants (Efficiency and Discipline) Rules, 1973 and the report will be forwarded to the authorised officer within 15 days.
