Property dispute: Man shoots brother to death  

Accused Imam Bakhsh opened fire on his brother Khursheed and fled the scene

DERA GHAZI KHAN: A man shot dead his brother over a property dispute in Dera Ghazi Khan on Sunday.

Police said Imam Bakhsh and Khursheed Ahmed had a property dispute and often had arguments over the matter. On the day of the incident, accused Imam Bakhsh opened fire on his brother Khursheed and fled the scene. As a result, the victim died on the spot. The police have registered a case against the accused and started investigation.

Meanwhile, at least 11 people, including children, fell unconscious when they consumed poisonous food in Dera Ghazi Khan.

Two killed in Quetta land dispute

Police said Asad, a resident of Sandela Sharif, and his family ate poisonous food and as a result, their condition deteriorated. The victims were rushed to Teaching Hospital Dera Ghazi Khan for treatment. The victims were identified as Maryam, Ammara, Shanza, Shair Bano, Guriya and others.

The police have registered a case and started investigation.
